How long do I have to request a return?

You must submit your return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after this window will not be accepted.

What condition must the product be in to be eligible for return?

The product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid order ID or proof of purchase.

Is an unboxing video required for returns or refunds?

✅ Yes — a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. It must show the sealed package, full unboxing process, and product testing (if applicable). Requests without a valid video will be rejected.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged or tampered?

If the package looks damaged, opened, or tampered with:
✔ Refuse the delivery
✔ Take clear photos or video as proof
✔ Report the issue immediately to support@centralworldtech.com

Which items cannot be returned?

❌ Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
❌ Hygiene-related items (trimmers, earbuds) once opened
❌ Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

How does the return process work?

1. Email us with your Order ID + unboxing video
2. We review within 24–48 hours
3. If approved, you’ll get return shipping instructions
4. For wrong/damaged items, we cover return shipping

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. Refunds go back to your original payment method or can be issued as store credit.

Do you offer replacements instead of refunds?

✅ Yes — free replacements are available for wrong items shipped and defective or damaged products. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

✔ Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours or before shipment.
